At Cumulus Coffee, we want you to love every brew; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to maintain return eligibility.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment or coffee accessories, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
